These days, many people who go on health kicks or food challenges are making sure they are having their protein and veggies for dinner. But they are forgetting about a very important nutrient: fat.

Not all fats are bad!

While saturated and trans fats are not recommended for good health, it is vital to include the good fats in to your diet.
