Recipe feature in Women’s Fitness magazine

In the latest issue of Women’s Fitness magazine, on sale last week, my QUINOA CHOCOLATE CRACKLES recipe featured in the Eat fit section of the magazine!

Unfortunately they adapted the recipe a little and added goji berries to it (the one food I am allergic to).
But they did add flaked coconut to the recipe for topping, which I’ll have to try out one day!

  1. I love the term “procrasti-baking”. I do it all the time! In fact I have plans to do it today while testing out a new muffin recipe, in between studying about Nutrition Promotion 🙂
