We are well and truly into 2015 and I feel it’s going to be a good year.
I welcomed the new year in New Zealand and saw some of the most spectacular views of my life while hiking and road tripping across the South Island.
Here are just a couple of photos from my trip…
But now that it’s a new year, everyone is all about planning their goals and making resolutions.
I do like my other half’s mentality of “I don’t make New Years Resolutions. If there’s something I want to change, I don’t wait for the new year to make the change”.
I think he’s a keeper.
Me on the other hand…
I do love any excuse to write a list and get planning.
My New Years Resolutions are personal (I feel it’s like making a wish when you blow out the candles on your birthday cake – if you tell people your wish it won’t come true).
But regardless of what our resolutions are, I hope we all made at least one health-focused resolution. One where we aim to take control of our health in hopes to live a happier, longer and more positive life.
Check out the Moderation Movement…
“Health means being able to enjoy a piece of birthday cake without guilt and sharing a restaurant meal and a glass of wine with friends, anxiety free” – The Moderation Movement.
Make the most of the motivation coursing through the air this time of the year.
Set those goals and get on your way to reaching them.
There’s no time like the present.
